5. Renter's Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Only the Renter and additional drivers listed are permitted to drive the vehicle.
• No off-road driving, subletting, or use for illegal activities.
• Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
• Responsible for the first TZS of any damage.
• Must ensure the vehicle is locked when unattended.

6. Company's Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition at the time of rental.
• Provide 24/7 roadside assistance in case of mechanical failure.
• Provide basic insurance coverage for the vehicle.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• Renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Renter is responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties.
• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from the Renter's use of the vehicle.

8. Termination of Agreement

• Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Renter breaches any terms.
• Renter agrees to return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
• No refunds will be provided for early return of the vehicle.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zanzibar.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
